Jessica Keniston a classically trained Ballet dancer and NEFPC qualified Personal Trainer owns and operates FITTSteps Training Studio in Craughwell, Co Galway in the West of Ireland. Having studied with the Washington school of ballet, dancing, her first love remains a huge influence in her own training and her work with clients. Turning her passion for dance and fitness into a career has led her to working with brands such as Piloxing and TRX and additional qualifications in Barre Nutrition and Pre and Post Natal Exercise.
